ABOUT ME
My Personal Experience
I'm a lifelong athlete in everything from Swimming, SCUBA diving, Soccer, Martial Arts, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Skiing, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, and Weightlifting.
My training philosophy is to push people to do things they thought they couldn't. To constantly improve on strength, endurance, flexibility, functionality of all body parts. To always improve on the nutrition and remove chemicals and toxins from the body and at home.
Certifications: Exercise physiology degree, 30 years of experience in Personal Training, Sports Training, Weight Loss, Medic First Aid, CPR/AED, Nutrition, Meal Design, Flexibility, Post-rehab, Special-Needs Population, Pre/Post Partum, Stage Competition, Children's fitness
